Constantly repeat yourself

You may have heard of the DRY principle used by developers. DRY stands for Don't Repeat Yourself, it states that "every piece of knowledge must have a single, unambiguous, authoritative representation within a system." When developing software, the DRY principle makes perfect sense.
But, as a product leader, you're dealing with ambiguous information & people. Instead of following DRY, give CRY a try. Create a habit of constantly repeating yourself.
You might mix up the medium, from email to Slack & presentations to 1:1. You might change the content, from data to a story. But whatever the channel or content, keep repeating your vision, mission, principles, and more.
