Product user roundtable

An approach recommended by Rahul Kulkarni:
Every week a roundtable during our Product team meeting where each of us shared an anecdote of a User we spoke to the last week. The idea is to
- condition the Product team to think about the problem & context, language of the user vs. solutions
- develop curiosity & active listening -- open ended questions & objectivity
- holding each other accountable to speaking to Users weekly (i.e. it's embarrassing if you cannot share something BUT we follow this experience with "How can I help you get in front of Users? → "We've got a call next week... We've set up HotJar... I'm using the product to book a massage you can speak to me about my experience", etc.)
