Communication is one of the key skills a product manager needs to have.
Meetings
One of the main ways to communicate are Meetings. Product managers are responsible for running some of the Rituals and Meetings for the team. They also need to facilitate and leverage the other Types of Meetings, specifically How to Run a Decision Making Meeting and How to run a feedback meeting.
Even though meetings are a key PM skills, a PM should set an example and ask Should this be a meeting.
