Strategy is answering the questions:

  • What are the ways your function/team can impact the business?
  • What frameworks or processes will guide your decisions?
  • How will you prioritize?
  • How will you allocate resources?
  • How can you support other functions in the organization?

Tactical is answering the questions:

  • What do I need to do today?
  • What unread emails or chat messages do I have to reply to?
  • What problems do I need to fix?
