"It's the difference between eating what's on your plate and planning out next week's menu." [1]
Strategy is answering the questions:
- What are the ways your function/team can impact the business?
- What frameworks or processes will guide your decisions?
- How will you prioritize?
- How will you allocate resources?
- How can you support other functions in the organization?
Tactical is answering the questions:
- What do I need to do today?
- What unread emails or chat messages do I have to reply to?
- What problems do I need to fix?
